| Physiotherapy/Massage/Chiro Clinic: Receptionist A new and professional Physiotherapy clinic opening September 1st in the North York area. We are looking for a receptionist that is very professional and proactive to help us become the leader in pain management. You will play a key roll is helping us develop and grow our business. Preference will be given to those with previous work experience and experience using Universal Scheduling Software. This is a full-time position. Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Friendly and proactive approach to your work Display a level of professionalism when dealing with patients and doctors. Experience working in a clinical environment is an asset. Two years reception and/or general clerical/administrative experience Flexible work hours required for a new clinic (including Saturdays). Experience with billing for insurance, WSIB, OCF forms etc. Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications and ability to learn new clinic software Job Requirements: You will be responsible for all receptionist related duties. This includes but is not limited to: 1. Booking appointments 2. Handling billing related duties 3. Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system 4. Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible 5. Perform other related duties as required Start Date: Appox late Sept 7th, 2010 (Training on clinical Software begins the week of August 23rd) Hours: TBD NOTE: Preference will be given to those who are multi-lingual (e.g. Armenian, Greek, Hindi) Please send us a copy of your resume and salary expectation.
