| Cold Caller Food Decision Software is looking for enthusiastic, mature, well spoken individuals to contact the “Decision Makers” of food industry businesses across North America. We are looking for 2 individuals that can work a minimum of 20 hours each week. The hours are flexible between 8AM and 5PM. Scope of Role: • Cold Calling Food Distributors and Manufacturers to promote our product and schedule follow-up calls for Sales Department • Build “Keep In Touch” database • Clean-up company database Job Responsibilities: • Qualify ideal prospects and schedule follow-up calls with them • Update Contact Manager in accordance with designated sales stage and status definitions • Represent FDS professionally and in alignment with our values of delivering the high quality products and services to support our customer’s business objectives Qualifications and Competencies – Must Have: • Minimum 1 year Cold Calling/Telemarketing Experience • Proven ability to meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets • Must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English both oral and written • Ability to get past the “Gate Keeper” • Ability to speak with Sr. Management/executives within a company • Willingness to learn and the ability to grasp new ideas and information quickly • Ability to work independently Other Requirements: • Experience in Food manufacturing or distribution industry would be an asset • Experience with Contact Manager software | |
