| Business Integration & Procurement Administrative Assistant - Mississauga - Full Time Business Integration & Procurement Administrative Assistant - Mississauga - Full Time Mosaic Experiential Marketing is the leading agency in our field through considerable expertise, proven best practices and leading-edge technology to execute brand relevant grassroots, retail and event marketing programs to service Fortune 500 clients such as Coca Cola, ABInbev, P&G, Rogers, Microsoft. We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant who will be supporting both the Business Integration & Procurement teams. As the Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for numerous tasks surrounding the Experiential Marketing, Business Integration and Procurement Teams. You will be involved in supporting the business' day-to-day interactions with key external suppliers and internal departments such as Finance and HR, as well as additional special projects. Your ability to organize, attention to detail and administration expertise will contribute to success in this role. Job Objectives and your role: • Supplier Invoice distribution, processing and resolution • Vehicle rental reservations • Certificate of insurance and security guard requests • Vehicle accident guidance and insurance follow-up • Supporting warehouse storage needs: invoices and issue resolution • Support period close financial processes such as team allocations and cross charges • Support the onboarding scheduling for new employees and facilitate operations training • Manage vacation tracking for all employees • Direct general inquiries • Miscellaneous support for Business Integration and Procurement teams Ideal Qualifications: • Two to five year of related experience • University degree or College Diploma - Business Administration or business related preferred • Strong computer application skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Must be available to work flexible work hours which could include evenings and/or weekends at times • Accounts Payable experience • Impeccable attention to detail • Strong organizational skills • Ownership of past projects • Professional business acumen • Strong written and verbal skills • Adaptability and creativity • Previous success working in a fast-paced environment • Ability to prioritize, problem solve and multi-task • Ability to balance important but tedious tasks with larger planning projects ***We are looking for a 2 to 3 year commitment to this role*** We thank all applicants however only successful candidates will be contacted. | |
