The role of Front End Developer will involve participating in the efforts of the project team to analyze, design, build/code, configure, test, install and deliver innovative and strategic technology solutions for Web and Windows platforms. The candidate to assume this role will be working with both the Technical and Creative teams. Specific expectations involved with the scope of the Front End Developer role will include: Working with Flash, Web and Application Developers as well as Flash designers to ensure proper implementation requirements; Interacting with the Solutions Creation Team to refine business and user requirements; Ensure that the corporate standards and guidelines including coding standards and best practices are followed and maintained; Maintain high ethical standards at all times; *Demonstrate a high level of tact and diplomacy in all interactions with the associates and clients of the company. Requirements & Qualifications: Candidates to meet consideration for this full-time career opportunity as Front End Developer will be open to a new opportunity and to relocating to Windsor, Ontario if not already living within the local region. Candidates will have 5 or more years of web development experience including solid knowledge of Flash, Actionscript 2.0 and/or 3.0, Flex, HTML, JavaScript, XML and CSS. Candidates will have experience with web technologies, platforms and browsers and solid skill working with Photoshop. A relevant post-secondary Diploma and/or Degree is required in addition to excellent communication (written report + verbal) and interpersonal skills.
