| GRAPHIC DESIGNER • Main: Create designs and sample layouts for a variety of marketing and packaging materials for BTNX Inc, which specializes in manufacturing biomedical diagnostics tests. • Develop graphics, layouts, photos, graphs, scientific illustrations for product illustrations, packaging artwork, brochures, posters, sales sheets, other marketing materials and websites using design and word processing programs • Ability to take high-quality product photos for use in marketing materials and websites. Knowledge and Skills Requirements: -College or Bachelor's Degree in Design, Communications, or Technology (Recent Graduates welcome!) -Must have advanced knowledge of all the following programs: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Word and Microsoft Outlook. Knowledge of other programs such as Firework, Dreamweaver, and flash and html editing an asset. -Must have moderate-advance experience in photography principles and creation, product lighting and digital photo manipulation -Knowledge of design techniques, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, drawings and models. -Knowledge of methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, and sales techniques. | |
