Global Equity Analyst • Equity Analysis – Supporting role for members of the global team for the provision of the following: o Information gathering pertaining to actionable investment. o Maintenance research (including meetings with management of companies and sell-side analysts, conference attendance and/or on-site visits. o Global sector analysis in conjunction with senior analysts and PMs. o Monitor of key reporting items including economic releases, corporate earnings, and ongoing company-specific events. • Assist in building and maintenance of the global team’s database of historical and projected financial spread sheets (i.e. EVA calculations, DCF analysis, etc) and valuation models for all holdings. • Maintain spreadsheets pertaining to various equity portfolios • Various administrative tasks • Provide assistance in preparation of marketing presentations. Qualifications: • 2-3 years of work experience in a similar analyst supportive role. • Bachelor’s degree. • Willingness to work towards a CFA designation. • Enthusiastic, internationally-minded and dynamic individual. • Ability to multi-task an asset. • Fluency in a second language desired.
