| Receptionist - Trilingual (English, Cantonese and Mandarin) Job Description Title: Receptionist - Trilingual (English, Cantonese and Mandarin) Experience: Minimum 1-2 years Education: High School Diploma / GED Minimum Salary: $10/hr We thank all interested candidates however only those selected for an interview will be contacted. Our client, a Heating, Ventilations and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Servicing Company is currently hiring for a Corporate Receptionist to receive and direct telephone calls and guests while providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate in Cantonese, Mandarin and English with experience providing administrative support. If you are enthusiastic with experience working in a fast paced environment, then we would like to speak with you! Responsibilities: · Greeting all visitors and direct all telephone calls from the main switchboard · Coordinate scheduling for Field Technicians · Provide administrative support including typing, photocopying, faxing and scanning documents · Assist with filing, scanning documents and saving documents · Receive and distribute mail and deliveries · Prepare all outgoing mail and courier shipments · Ensure reception area is clean and free from clutter · Liaise with maintenance regarding any issues · Ad-hoc duties as assigned Qualifications As the ideal candidate you have: · Previous experience in a similar role · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal · Superior organizational skills · Professionalism and great interpersonal skills · Initiative and the ability to work independently or as part of a team · Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines · Excellent customer service skills · High School diploma or equivalent · Proficiency with the MS Office programs (Word, basic PowerPoint and basic Excel) If you are qualified for this role and feel that it is a good fit for you, please submit your resume.
