| Receptionist CI Capital Markets, a leading independent investment bank, is currently seeking a Receptionist to receive and direct telephone calls and guests while providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience providing administrative support in a professional environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Answering phones and re-directing calls accordingly - Greeting all visitors (offering coffee/drinks) - Providing administrative support including data entry, photocopying, faxing and sending documents, create and maintain files, labels - Preparing and editing Word and Excel documents - Receiving and distributing mail, preparing all outgoing mail and courier shipments - Managing boardroom bookings, catering and boardroom set-up - Ordering office supplies Please contact: (Mr) Varqa Mirzaagha T: 416.864.2138 | |
