| PHP Developer Internet Software Development and Marketing company looking for a creative, self-motivated individual with web programming skills, for the position of Intermediate or Senior Programmer. The ideal candidate should have experience designing, developing, deploying and maintaining interactive database-driven web applications and web content in a high capacity environment. You must have strong communication and organizational skills, have the ability to follow direction and enjoy working in a team environment and independently. Skills required * Minimum of 2 years of related experience with IT and related technologies * Familiar with Agile Methodologies (XP, Scrum, etc) * Must have UNIX/Linux experience * Expert at PHP5 (Object Oriented Programming) * Experience with any MVC framework (Symfony, PHPCake, Zend, etc) * Experience with Perl; * Experience with Javascript (JQuery, Script.aculo.us, Prototype) * Experience with HTML/CSS and JS/AJAX; * Experience with Relational Databases (MySQL, PostgresQL) * Experience with Code Repositories (Subversion, Git) The following skills / qualifications would be considered a plus, but are not mandatory: * Experience with E-commerce systems and their integration * Familiar with Test Driven Development * Experience with unit/functional testing in PHP (PHPUnit) * Familiar with Usability testing (Selenium) Please note that a portion of the work will be adult related as part of our clientele is from the adult Internet industry.
