| Maintenance/Engineering Manager $2000 CDN referral fee offered subject to 90 probationary period*** Referral fee may also be donated to charitable donation of choice. Fee may also be used on behalf association for scholarship purposes. This is a specialized senior maintenance management role. Individual should have strong Plant maintenance role within CPG/Food/Confection/Beverage industry. Should have strong interest and passion for maintenance and preventive maintenance with significant experience working for Fortune 500 company. Minimum 10 years plus Food/CPG/beverage/confectionary maintenance experience in high volume manufacturing environment. 2. Experience managing plant maintenance and projects involving continuous improvement initiatives. 3. Engineering Degree . 4. Certifications - Lean Six Sigma/ASQ or other suitable certifications such as PMI, PEO, ASME, APICS, SME etc nice to have. 5. Experience with hiring, safety, quality standards, continuous improvement, and productivity. 6. Experience with high speed packaging operations involving robotics. 7. Must have experience with capital investment, manufacturing systems, reliability, preventive maintenance, trouble shooting. 8. Excellent communication skills with the strong problem solving and analytical skills. | |
