Project Manager – Road & Bridge Construction Work with a top Civil GC specializing in a variety of projects from Major Road and Highway Construction (MTO Projects), To Major Government Bridge and Sewer Works all across the province. If you have experience working with a Civil Contractor and are interested in a once in a lifetime opportunity than this could be your ticket. Key Role and Responsibilities: Administer and oversee the administration of all phases in the construction project life cycle. Coordinate and work with Government Representatives, Site Superintendants, Engineers, Architects, Owners and Board of Directors on Complex projects across the province. Monitoring junior staff to truly learn and become self sufficient at executing a project plan and schedule on at a Project Management level. Ensure that the entire construction process follows the provincially regulated construction and safety codes. Required Experience: 5-10 years experience working on large private, government (MTO) Projects within the province. A proven track record of completing projects to the satisfaction of all parties involved. A construction Management degree, Formal educational background, Trade Certification, Four year Engineering Degree, P.Eng, or relevant experience. Highly Desired Experience: LEED Certification Gold Seal Certification Member of the Project Management Institute Any additional awards or merits for completed projects. Any and all educational diplomas, degrees, or certificates will be recognized.
