Construction Project Coordinator (ICI Construction) A very reputable General Contractor in Toronto is discreetly looking for several Construction Project Coordinators with a minimum of 3 years experience working ICI (Industrial, Commercial, & Institutional projects) in the Ontario market place. Learn from some of the best Project Management and Construction management professionals working on the city’s most challenging and rewarding projects. Key Role and Responsibilities: Coordinate project-specific tasks and key plans as per the direction of the Project Management staff. Monitor and help keep track of project performance in adherence to several schedules (project schedule, safety reports, blueprints, etc.) Strive to continuously improve processes and procedures Develop and present forms, contracts, and construction documentation with the guidance of senior staff. Work on site and from the office to stay on top of the project at all times. Represent your employer to all clients, professional contacts, and the public. Required Experience: 1-3 years experience working on complex construction projects anywhere over 1Million CND in value. A desire to learn and be mentored, giving 120% to your work on a constant basis. Some type of formal education or trade certification in a specific construction background.
