Are you a Mechanical Design Project Manager that is currently working for a firm in North America that is focused on LEED projects and you feel is not capitalising on your full potential? If you are currently working on or have worked on large-scale Institutional, Commercial or Industrial projects that involve a high level of GREEN focused design and want to join a specialised team of engineers and architects that are specifically focused on the LEED enhancement of existing buildings? Our client believes in working with its team and providing them with the right environment to excel in the areas of that they excel most. Thinking ‘out side the box’ and pushing the boundaries is encouraged. The firm specifically needs intermediate to senior level mechanical designers that have a passion for LEED projects and would have interest in joining a unique team for immediate portfolio smashing projects. Full benefits and “the right package” are available for the right experience. Compensation between 85K – 100K …. But this is not a position that should be considered simply for a higher salary. Qualifications - At least 7 - 10 years experience as mechanical designer in North America - P.Eng. Ontario - Experience in designing security type project, commercial, government, institutional or industrial. - Excellent organisational and communication skills; - Onsite project management exposure.
