Automotive Sales Consultant

Prestige Motors, One of Canada's Largest Automotive Retailers, has immediate openings for Sales Associates, Financial Services Managers (Prime & Sub Prime). Prestige Motors has openings at our HWY 400 / Finch dealership in the GTA with extremely high daily traffic (175,000 drivebys daily), representing over 35 brands of vehicles and hundreds of vehicles in inventory. Sales Associates / Business Development Managers
As Sales Associate you will sell new automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; developing and qualifying buyers; and closing sales.

Sales Associates Primary Responsibilities:
-Gathers information, highlights features, and demonstrates vehicle operation comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles
-Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins, greeting drop-ins, responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions
-Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport
-Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services
-Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; delivers automobile
-Provides sales management information by completing reports

Required Experience:
Ideal candidates will have:

-Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving sales goals
-Outstanding communication skills
-Professional appearance / attire and work ethic
-Great attitude with a high-energy personality
-Superior customer service skills
-2 or more years sales experience is preferred
-knowledge and understanding of dealer access and edealer platform an asset
-Computer literate
-Excellent communicative skills
Required Education:
o High school graduate or equivalent
Preferably college or university graduate
