CAREER OPPORTUNITY As a member of MWV’s Beverage - SBU, you will develop and maintaining the finishing schedule for the assigned plant, entering the re-supply orders to ship the product to the required plant, work with planning peers, plant management and the sales team to produce an accurate and timely production plan in order to meet customer requirements at our Ajax, Canada Plant. HOW YOU WILL IMPACT MWV As Order Fulfillment Coordinator, you will be responsible for producing an accurate and timely finishing plant and communicating product availability dates in a timely fashion. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsible for assuring that board is on hand to meet the production schedule Collaborate with the Planner to resolve any supply issues to minimize the impact on the production schedule Work with the Production Planner to insure that the finishing requirements are balanced to the print/cut schedule to minimize WIP and optimize utilization of resources Responsible for entering re-supply orders for product that is needed in other facilities to meet customer demand. Act as support and backup in terms of the print cut schedule Provide accurate and timely 7-day overall production schedule by work center for finishing department and subcontract orders for assigned plant Provide an ongoing productive partnership with plant management and Canadian Sales Manager Provide an adequate and timely supply of Board, maintain DRP’s and create re-supply orders to other facilities Meet the division goals for board inventories, finished goods, WIP inventory and board freight to manufacturing plants WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED High School Diploma is required, college degree in business or supply chain is preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in production scheduling or inventory control Understanding of APICS principles Thorough understanding of the production process and requirements Excellent problem solving, analytical and communication skills Proficient PC skills; ability to utilize basic office applications such as spreadsheets and e-mail High tolerance for ambiguity and change.
