Business Development / Sales Assistant

Marketing & Sales (60%)
· Assist in development of marketing plans to generate potential leads and new clients
· Implement marketing plans
· Attend networking events, implement emarketing program, attend trade shows
· Show potential clients the office space, complete lease agreement and conduct client orientation

Accounting:
· Accounts Payable
· Accounts Receivable

Administrative: as required

Full Time 9 am – 6 pm (flexibility in hours required)

Requirements:

Educational qualifications: Business Degree

Experience level: Some sales experience, Entry level from College / University acceptable

Languages skills: English. French is desirable but not mandatory

Attitude and attributes: (positive, self starter, must have initiative, outgoing, team player, works well independently, exceptional communication skills)

Strong computer skills (excel, word, publisher, PowerPoint)

The Business Development/ Sales role is for a managed office centre located on Bay Street in downtown Toronto. There are 45 furnished and equipped offices for rent as well and virtual offices – mail and telephone answering for companies who need a prestigious office address and telephone service and the use of meeting rooms and day offices occasionally. In addition we offer meeting rooms by the hour / ½ day / full day and association membership services.
