As a member of MWV’s Paperboard Operations / Commercial Print Group, which is increasing market share within a key categories of the Commercial Printing paper market. Combine your excellent sales and business management skills with our world class production capabilities to accelerate growth.

HOW YOU WILL IMPACT MWV

• As the Commercial Print Account Manager for the Canadian Territory, you will be responsible for managing sales activity with major customers and prospects to improve MWV’s market share and profitability inOntario, Quebec and the Atlantic Provinces. Additional requirements include, but are not limited to:
• Develop and implement account and territory plans to increase sales with a range of customer decision makers
• Conduct training sessions for distribution sales teams to develop their comparative selling capabilities
• Develop joint strategies targeting business opportunities beneficial to MWV and our distributors
• Work closely with customer service team to develop account growth opportunities and telemarketing strategies that support your sales efforts
• Work with regional sales management to develop and implement Total Account Management strategies that expand our distribution network where appropriate
• Develop successful pull-through strategies that position TANGO Advantage C1S & C2S and TANGO Blanks with key printers and corporate accounts
• Manage all administrative aspects of sales role

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years successfully selling into industrial distribution channels; preference to experience within paper, packaging or industrial consumables. Solid understanding of key drivers within distribution environment; track record of developing product and price positioning strategies that maximize profitability while driving growth
• Demonstrated track record developing new distribution partners while expanding share within existing partners
• Understand and capable of implementing value-based comparative selling strategies
• Demonstrated experience developing C-level relationships while building support within purchasing, sales & marketing
• Experienced at delivering sales training for distribution partners that is effective and motivates for growth
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Capable of orchestrating internal resources in order to implement growth plans
• Demonstrated ability to identify key decision makers and build strong, working relationships
• Strong analytical skills in order to understand and address profit levers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficient in use of personal computer ( Microsoft Office Suite)
• Travel – Frequent travel throughout territory required
