SeawoodFM Implementation Team Leader Seawood is seeking a bright and energetic individual to manage a variety of SeawoodFM projects for a number of our clients. Each project is aimed at helping our clients understanding their buildings better and through the use of our expertise, on-site surveying and AutoCAD we are able communicate facilities knowledge over the Internet using SeawoodFM as a vehicle. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and leadership ability. This position is both challenging and rewarding and comes with a competitive salary and benefits package. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES ·Work closely with clients to further ongoing projects, primarily within a Healthcare environment. ·Document and review drawings for submission to the clients' SeawoodFM solutions. ·Organize, prioritize and clearly communicate project objectives to a team. ·Track and accurately report project status to the client and the Seawood Management team. ·Willing to travel to various sites within and outside the GTA. ·Train clients on the usage of SeawoodFM solutions. ·Maintain the integrity of SeawoodFM solutions by updating as needed. ·Practice health and safety as per company standards. POSITION REQUIREMENTS ·Highly motivated, enthusiastic, with a strong desire to succeed ·Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. ·Valid driver's license: G2 or G (preferred). Must have own vehicle. ·Must prove to be comfortable working within a fast paced environment. ·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ·Possess strong intrapersonal skills. ·Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Additional Skills that will set you apart: ·Surveying skills and knowledge of building systems. ·Ability to think laterally.
