| Technical Systems Analyst This role is a 60-40 role between technical skills and soft skills. In order for this person to add value to the team, he/she will need to be able work - Knowledge of SQL 2000 (stored procedures, table maintenance, etc) - 2 years Programming skills - Priority 1 VB - must have VB .Net - must have C# - must have XML - must have ADO - must have ADO .NET - must have Crystal Report - must have Banking or Securities system development a real asset. Priority 2 C++ - nice to have Other Skills: - Code Analyzer - 5 years - Communications skills (verbal and written) - 1 - Ability to write design specification documentations Along with the above skills, this person will need to not only work independently but also work with a team. Ability to not only to provide solutions, but also to suggest alternatives and ability to apply those suggestions | |
