CAD/CAM Technical Support Specialist AutoCAD / CAM Technical Support Specialist - PERM As a Construction CAD/CAM Specialist, you will be responsible for the training and support of our clients Graphical Product offerings. Job Functions: -Provide Graphical Products support to clients and staff. -Training of Graphical Product applications, including on-site and web-based sessions for clients and staff. -Assist in developing related courseware. -Maintain current training on related Graphical Product applications. -Act as a technical liaison between Sales, Product Support and clients when setting up a new system. Skills, Education and Experience - Required: -Strong CAD/BIM skills with a minimum 2 years experience working with AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD MEP. -Electrical, structured cabling and/or mechanical construction industry experience is an asset -Excellent people and presentation skills. -Superior communication skills. -Ability to deal with complex situations and collaborate effectively with local and or remote personnel in order to provide fast and effective problem resolutions. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. -Must be team-oriented. -Must have excellent organizational and written skills. Skills, Education and Experience Optional: -Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD LISP and VBA programming. -Teaching experience in a technical subject matter and experience developing training materials. -Technical support experience. -CAD/Engineering background (degree and/or diploma).
