If you have all the qualities below we want you to grow to be our next Store Manager! ~Customer Service – You are very customer service minded and you consistently strive to exceed a client’s expectations. ~Management Experience – You’ve managed/supervised a team of 5 or more people and have experience in both training and mentoring staff. You are able to manage up, across and down! ~Retail/Business Cycle Experience – You’ve taken part in product launches or prepared your store/business for different seasons. ~Relationship Building – You enjoy building relationships with clients and have a knack for bringing in both new and repeat business. ~Drive – You are extremely driven to succeed in everything you do and want to continuously grow within your company. ~Integrity – You are honest with all your business dealings and are always performing like the leader you are. The Perks ~Management Training - Our Career Trackers are fast tracked through our training programs to become Assistant Managers and Managers.
