| Sales Executive - Home Based Position Job Title: Sales Executive Company: xod Media Reporting To: The Programming Director Salary: $3000.00 guarantee for first 3 months, then 100% commission paid monthly. Minimum earning potential of $36,000.00 per year with opportunity to double this. See Commission Structure below. 4% vacation pay will be paid monthly on all earnings. Xod Media has been in business for 5 years providing unique website solutions to our customers. We take our websites seriously, and go that extra step by using best practices in psychology, search engine optimization, new programming techniques, and marketing strategy. Our client list includes companies such as Telus, Benjamin Moore, and CIBC. However, we believe in small business, local industry, work-life balance, and the environment. We constantly strive to find unique solutions to help in these areas, starting from within. We are currently looking to grow our small business division and are looking for like-minded individuals to grow with us. Xod Media offers the exciting opportunity to work with an expanding business under experienced management in a position with unlimited growth opportunity! Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Ability to work from a home office. • Attend small business networking events (e.g. Boards of Trade, LeTip, etc) and increase company visibility with target audience • Create a new business development strategy targeting small businesses in the Greater Toronto and surrounding areas • Initiate and close customer contracts with small businesses • Provide on-boarding support through initial customer meetings • Take potential clients through the design brief process (questionnaire template is provided) • Act as a liaison between designers, programmers, and customers through the creative brief development • Continue relationship development with existing customers to determine new opportunities with them • Increase the number of small businesses who sign up for ongoing hosting and monitoring • Travel required the GTA and surrounding areas: to meet clients Experience: • 5 years experience in sales and/or marketing positions Education: • College or university degree in business preferred (specialization in marketing is a plus) Skills Overview: • Someone who is positive, looks at the glass half full, and a has a willingness to help others • Great communication skills and ability to connect with people • Easy going with a good sense of humour • Self-motivated and takes initiative • Quick and willing learner • Willing to learn from others and increase skill set • General interest in the environment and green initiatives Technical Requirements: • Basic understanding of website development • Access to computer (with Word Editor and Internet) and Vehicle Sales Target & Commission Structure: • Minimum $20,000 in sales per month • 15% commission on sale of each basic website design • 15% commission on sale of any additional services (for example, internet marketing services etc). • Commission to be paid out 30% when client deposit is cleared, and 70% when final payment is cleared PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT XOD MEDIA DIRECTLY. | |
