| Senior Software Development Engineer C++ embedded software development engineers are needed to take part in a project team setting developing next generation data communication products. The successful incumbent should possess a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Engineering, System Design Engineering or equivalent. A background in data communications, Internet Protocol (IP) and related technologies is a key asset. Experience with programming hardware devices is vital for this position. This position requires the successful candidate to design and develop software modules that interface with C and C++ objects, APIs and hardware devices. Experience with MS Visual Studio C++ and CppUnit as well as Bash, XML and HTTP is a huge asset. A working knowledge of the software development cycle, Agile methods, unit testing, scripting languages and experience with a variety of data communication testing tools is essential. | |
