We are looking for travel counsellors to join our incredible team. This job is for someone that loves selling travel and is youthful & energetic. S-Trip! is a leading niche tour company in Canada focusing on 16 to twenty-somethings. We have started a new retail division and are looking for great Travel Counsellors to join our existing team. The primary function of this division is to offer individual retail bookings that are above and beyond that which is promoted by S-Trip! We have a large client base that is loyal to us and are always asking for unique travel arrangements. We are no longer saying “Sorry, we don’t do that.” We are not your typical travel agency or tour company. We are young at heart and always looking for new travel experiences for our clients. We are a family-like, hardworking and result-oriented team. Our head office in downtown Toronto is open, bright and fast paced. You should have a solid knowledge of the industry and the tools to make you successful. Required Positive attitude Ability to set and achieve goals Hard-working Work independently or in teams Dependable, responsible, respectful Essential Minimum 2 years travel agent experience Working Knowledge of Sabre and other industry tools. Experience with group travel, youth travel an asset. Proven sales ability and experience Self-starter Exceptional organizational skills Superior communication skills Professional service to all kinds of clients, young and old. Superior computer knowledge – MS Office, Google Searching Details This is a full-time position. The position will be filled immediately. You will join one of our teams in downtown Toronto, Ottawa or Vancouver. Salary Salary and commission structure to be determined based on qualifications.
