CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER WANTED

AnswerNet - TelePartners is currently recruiting ambitious individuals who have the motivation, desire, and drive to be successful Customer Service Managers.
The knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics necessary to perform the job of a Client Services Manager include but are not limited to the following:

- Must possess familiarity with PCs and Microsoft applications
- Must possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Must demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure
- Must demonstrate the ability to work with limited supervision
- Must demonstrate exceptional attendance
- Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess exceptional problem solving skills

The duties of a Client Services Manager include but are not limited to:

- Client Communication
- Internal Communication
- Campaign set-up
- Reporting and Data Reconciliation
- Leadership and shepherding of AN – TPCC vision
- Other duties as assigned

Salary: $12.00 to $14.00/hr
