Admin/Bookkeeping Assistant

General Office Responsibilities include:
- Front desk reception (phone and mail/courier)
- Equipment maintenance
- Facility management
- Travel arrangements
- Filing, faxing, photocopying

Management Team Assistance includes:
- Assist Office Manager with data entry and general accounting duties, A/R collections, expense reconciliation, Visa expense tracking
- Assist President with correspondence, filing, etc.
- Assist Sales & Marketing Director with promotional literature, mailings, sales programs, research, etc.

Skill set required:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written skills, interpersonal and organization skills
- Ability to multi-task, take initiative, resourceful
- Knowledge of QuickBooks a definite asset
