Office/ Sales Assistant

Toronto’s premier ground transportation provider. We are dedicated to providing greater service in the bus and charter industry. This position is for a permanent full-time employee who will assume responsibility for providing Administrative Assistance to the Charter and Tour Departments. The position reports to the Charter Manager and General Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Order Taking
• Answering Phones / Sending Faxes
• Invoicing
• Customer Service/Inquiries
• Data Input
• Driver Support
• Update and Maintain Schedule
• Accounts Receivable
• Sales Support
• Payroll Preparation

Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail – Speed and Accuracy in workplace
• Proven team work and multi task skills
• Strong computer skills – internet, outlook, Word, Excel, databases, typing and data entry
• Organized for productivity
• Follows through to completion
• Ability to deal effectively with public using phone, email, in person
• Proven organization skills in a busy environment
• Full G Class Ontario License – Preferred B Class License
• Good knowledge of Toronto streets


Hour of Work
• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday 7AM to 3:30pm

Compensation:
• Based on experience (negotiable) – state your salary expectations in your cover letter
• 3 month probation
