Bilingual ( English/French)Customer Service Representative Answer enquiries about internet, course information, membership questions etc. Welcome members and customers at the reception Generate correspondence in English and arrange for translation to French if required Accurately and meticulously balance fee collected Responsible for keeping the Membership database accurate and up to date Processing Member rejoins, transfers, address changes, member cards Produce membership reports Generate invoices for dues Team work environment Fluently Bilingual in English and French Experience with MsWord, Excel, Outlook Excellent data entry skills Explorer or Netscape
