Customer Service Representative

Our company is currently seeking an experienced, full-time Customer Service Representative. We are actively searching for candidates to fit in to our fast paced, results driven environment.


Qualifications

- 3+ years working as a customer service representative handling customer relations and customer problems

-Precise communication and telephone skills

-Must be able to work under pressure, multi-task, and prioritize

-Excellent inter-personal and problem solving skills

-Willing to work shifts around a 24 hour, 7 day time period

-Proficiency in M.S Word, Office and Excel

-Organizational and administrative skills

-Self motivated with attention to detail

-Friendly, energetic, success driven

- Answer inbound calls and emails

-Team work and interaction skills

-Respond to prospect and customer inquires/requests/concerns by providing appropriate
information

-Must be adaptable, flexible and dependable

-High School Education

-French is an asset
