| Bilingual Inbound Sales Representative JOB DESCRIPTION • Respond to inbound telephone inquiries regarding Philips Lifeline products and services; provide accurate information and assist caller in choosing appropriate service. • Collect information from the caller and process all required documentation, including entering caller subscriber information into database while talking to the customer on the phone. JOB REQUIREMENTS Qualifications for this position include: • BS/BA degree or equivalent related work experience preferred with 2 years of experience in business-to-consumer sales in a high transaction environment. • Bilingual French / English Salary – 35K per Annum.
