| Security Site Supervisor Alpha Group Security is a company providing security guard services in the GTA. Customer service is the cornerstone of our company operation and hence we are always looking for experienced, mature and professional individuals to join our team. Company: Alpha Group Security Job Title: Security Supervisor Terms of Employment: Permanent Full Time, Day Shift. Night, Evening, Weekend, On Call as needed. Location: Toronto, ON Work Setting: Condominium Concierge Supervisor Salary: $13.50 to $14.00 per hour. Requirements: Education: Completion of high school, College Credentials: Valid Security Guard Licence Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of Concierge Security Supervisor work experience. Specific Skills: Excellent customer service, Team leadership, Supervise work of others, Train new workers, Enforce regulations of establishments, Resolve conflict situations, Maintain order, Respond to alarms, bomb threats and other emergencies, Detect or prevent thefts and vandalism, Write reports, Attend to persons with special needs. Essential Skills: Fluent in English, Computer Literate and able to work in MS Office environment, Knowledgeable in access control systems/CCTV.
