| Sales Representative / Executive - Outside Sales Thankyoujob.net provides following services to recruiters and employers: • Job board service • Job board hosting service • Recruiting service • Staffing service We are looking for outside sales representative / executive for specified sales territory or industry channel. The sales representative / executive will be responsible for developing business relationships between Thankyoujob.net and businesses within the assigned territory or industry channel. The sales representative / executive will also be responsible for collecting orders from prospects. Please specify your preferred sales territory, such as province, city or district and/or preferred industry channel. Duties and Responsibilities: • Identify, prospect and close new accounts • Generate sales lead • Follow sales lead • Close sales • Make introduction of Thankyoujob.net to customers in a professional way • Collect clients’ requirement through questionnaires • Call daily on local business prospects and setting appointments • Make sales and follow-up phone calls • Maintain ongoing contact with current clients • Accurately fill out and turn in all required paperwork (such as sales report, sales plan, etc..) Personal Attributes Required: • Excellent sales planning and management skill • Proved customer services skills • Ability to take initiative and manage time efficiently • Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in writing • Excellent phone skills • Ability to approach strangers and start a conversation about potential services from Thankyoujob.net • Perseverance and unwillingness to give up, even being discouraged • Integrity, passion, and strong desire to achieve success • Ability to turn rejection into new start point for a new deal • Ability to thrive in a changing environment • Understanding of computers and office tools in general What you can have from this position: • Great Potential Promotion Opportunity • Great Potential Increased Sales Package • Great Potential Unlimited Commission | |
